How It Works
1. Share your personalised Tenanta referral link with tenants, landlords, or agents.
2. Someone clicks your referral link and visits Tenanta.
3. The visitor starts their guarantor application.
4. They complete the process and request cover.
5. Tenanta performs referencing and admin checks.
6. Once approved, Tenanta formally onboards the client.
7. You are credited your reward:
  • Single upfront payment – If the customer pays in bulk, your reward is credited from that single payment (excluding admin fees).
  • Monthly instalments – If the customer pays monthly, you earn a pro-rata reward each month from payments received (excluding admin fees).
8. Rewards are paid monthly, with a low £10 threshold. Balances carry forward until the threshold is reached.
