Fee Structure

Transparent Fee Structure

At Tenanta, our pricing is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent. The cost of the guarantor service is linked directly to the rental commitment being covered under your tenancy.

This ensures that fees are proportionate to the value of protection provided.

Payment Options

We offer two simple payment options:

  • Annual Payment – One fixed fee is payable at the start of the tenancy, covering the agreed guarantee period (normally 12 months). This option provides the most cost-efficient arrangement, with nothing further to pay during the covered period.

  • Instalment Payment Plan – For tenants preferring to spread the cost, fees can be settled in monthly instalments. The guarantee becomes effective from the date of the first payment, provided the agreement has been signed by all parties.

Renewal Costs: Where a tenancy is renewed or extended beyond the initial fixed term, the guarantor service must also be renewed. Renewal is subject to a fresh assessment and payment of the renewal fee before cover can continue. Tenanta will contact tenants in advance of any renewal date to ensure continuity of service.
