Core Coverage

• Rent Obligations – Tenanta provides a guarantee in favour of the landlord in respect of rent due under the tenancy agreement, subject to the terms set out in the Guarantor Agreement.
• Mediation Support – If arrears occur, Tenanta will engage with both landlord and tenant to mediate the situation, which may include structured repayment arrangements or agreement on a Deed of Surrender.
• Arrears Settlement – Where arrears cannot be resolved, and subject to the terms of the Guarantor Agreement, Tenanta will step in to meet guaranteed rent obligations owed to the landlord.
• Eviction Assistance – Where necessary, Tenanta will support reasonable legal costs associated with possession proceedings linked to non-payment of rent, in line with the Guarantor Agreement.

Important to Note

• The guarantee applies only to the tenant(s) named in the agreement and only in respect of the property specified.
• The guarantee does not extend to other tenancy costs such as utility bills, council tax, or charges for damage, except where specifically included under the signed agreement.
• The guarantee remains in effect for the period of the tenancy agreement and, if renewed, for any subsequent renewal term up to the maximum contractual duration set out in the Guarantor Agreement.
